With over 512 suppliers representing more than 14 countries, Conxemar is the world’s largest fair of frozen sea products. As its organisers put it, if you buy fish that has at one point has been frozen it has most likely come from one of the suppliers exhibiting their products in the fair. This year’s exhibition was the biggest organised to date, with an increase of 200 stands compared to last year’s fair. According to its organisers, the success shows how the economic activity is picking up and reflects the increased optimism in the sector.
